Pedestals

Description

Pedestals for cable drums for the offshore sector were successfully produced in Lithuania by parts in several plants.  5 pcs of 3,5 ton/each were made using S355 grade steel and had dimensions 3100*4000mm. Thickness of the base is 40 mm. Thickness of the upper flange is 70 mm.

The manufacture process included:

• preparation of workshop drawings

• manufacturing of steel elements

• special machining works – milling, drilling, turning

• painting according Norsok standard

• documentation

• safe delivery
